About The Divine Redemption

A Journey of Faith, Resilience, and Healing

“The Divine Redemption was born from my personal journey of faith, resilience, and healing. This is more than a brand—it’s a movement, a testimony, and a community. Here’s how it all began…”

Founder’s Story: A Journey to Divine Redemption

For much of my life, I searched for belonging, peace, and purpose. As a child, I was bullied relentlessly, struggling silently with social anxiety and unworthiness. I dreamed of going to college, but financial barriers made it

impossible. With a strong military legacy in my family, I followed in my father’s footsteps and joined the United States Air Force, hoping to create a better future for myself. What was meant to be a four-year enlistment became a 21-year journey, allowing me to meet people from all over the world and experience different cultures.

Yet, despite my professional success, my internal battles never ceased. I wrestled with self-doubt, anxiety, and a fractured sense of identity. Writing became my refuge. What started as journaling to survive my emotions soon became a gift that shaped my career, allowing me to excel as a writer and communicator. In 2006, as a young non-commissioned officer, I began offering editing services and career consulting to veterans and federal civilians. It gave me a sense of purpose—but behind closed doors, I was falling apart.

In 2010, I got married and relocated to South Korea to be with my husband—only for him to abandon me for another woman within a month. I was shattered, alone, and left to pick up the pieces. In my darkest moments, I met someone new, and for the first time, I thought I had found real love. Newly single and struggling with infertility, I underwent reconstructive surgery in hopes of having children. It was successful, but shortly after, I experienced complications and devastating loss. Still longing for stability, I remarried and was blessed with two beautiful sons. But what I thought was love soon revealed itself as manipulation and abuse.

For nearly a decade, my children and I endured covert narcissism, betrayal, and emotional torment. I held on desperately to the “good times,” hoping for change, but deep down, I knew I needed to escape. After retiring from the military, I left Phoenix, Arizona, for Washington, D.C., seeking a fresh start. But just as we were settling in, my husband walked away from our family, leaving us abandoned once again.

I felt unfit for single motherhood, drowning in CPTSD, alcohol abuse, depression, severe anxiety, spiritual warfare, and thoughts of suicide. I had lost everything—except for God. With nowhere else to turn, I cried out to Him. I surrendered. I rededicated my life to Christ.

And He redeemed me.

Today, I stand before you delivered—no longer bound by my past, no longer drowning in fear or self-doubt. I am not a victim; I am a warrior. The Divine Redemption is not just a name; it is my testimony. It is the embodiment of my journey from suffering to healing, from rejection to belonging, from darkness to light. I founded this movement because I know what it’s like to feel alone in faith, to transition from worldly things, to search for a community that truly understands.

So, I built what I desperately needed—a faith-based family where young believers can grow together, support one another, and stand strong in their walk with Christ. A space where people who feel isolated in their faith, who are trying to transition out of old lifestyles, who want to worship freely, have fun, and serve with like-minded believers can belong.
